Bring your mat and join Mary Long on Saturday morning for a Pilates class focused on sculpting long, lean muscles in your body. In this fun flow, Mary will briefly introduce some Pilates principles and then move into an exercise series designed to energize your body and challenge your powerhouse. This class will be a full-body workout with a focus on core strengthening, alignment, flexibility, and balance, and will work both your body and mind in a fun setting.
